Consent to personal data processing

By sending a request on letshype.ru (the “Discuss project” form or the quiz) and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Let’s HYPE! Media Group (the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. Details of the Operator are given in the Privacy Policy.
01What data
Name, phone number, e-mail address, message text, answers to the quiz, and information about how I came to the website: advertising campaign tags (utm), the Yandex Direct click ID (yclid), the Yandex Metrica visitor ID (ClientID), the website page and the referring website.
02Purposes
Handling the request, contacting me to discuss the project and prepare a proposal, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising.
03Processing
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
E-mail and the Telegram messenger are used to deliver the request to the Operator. The data is not passed to other third parties, except as required by law and the Privacy Policy.
04Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the e-mail address given on the Contacts page.
