Privacy Policy
Updated: 09.09.2026
Let’s HYPE! Media Group (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”) respects the right to privacy of visitors to letshype.ru (hereinafter the “Website”). This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and how you can manage it.
By using the Website and sending a request through the contact form, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms, please do not leave your personal data on the Website.
01What data we collect
When you send a request through the “Discuss project” form, we receive the data you provide: your name, phone number, e-mail and the text of your message. Your name and phone number are required — the e-mail and message are optional.
When you simply browse the Website, we may also automatically receive technical data: browser type, device, IP address and the pages you visited — standard information that any browser sends when accessing a website.
02How we use the data
Data from the contact form is used solely to get in touch with you about your request: to discuss a project, answer a question or send a commercial proposal.
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Technical data about visits is used in anonymized form to improve the Website.
03Cookies
The Website uses cookies to remember your choices (for example, that you have accepted this Policy) and to make the interface work properly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect how convenient the Website is to use. The Website also uses Yandex Metrica cookies — see the “Analytics and advertising” section.
04Analytics and advertising
The Website uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC). Using cookies, Metrica collects anonymised data about visits: which pages you opened, from which device and where you came to the Website from, and assigns the browser a visitor ID (ClientID). This data helps us improve the Website and measure the effectiveness of advertising.
If you came to the Website from an advertising link, the Website stores the campaign tags (utm) and the Yandex Direct click ID (yclid) in your browser (localStorage) for 30 days. When you send a request, this information and the ClientID are sent with it so that we know where the request came from.
You can opt out of analytics with the “Decline” button in the cookie notice: Metrica will stop working on the Website in this browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
05Transfer of data to third parties
We may transfer data to third-party services that technically support the Website — for example, an e-mail service that delivers messages with requests. Such services process the data only to the extent necessary to perform this technical function and do not use it for their own purposes.
06Storage and protection of data
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to process your request, unless otherwise required by law. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, alteration or loss.
07Your rights
At any time you may ask us what data of yours we store, request that it be corrected, withdraw your consent to processing and request deletion — just write to the contact e-mail listed on the Website.
08Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, when new Website features appear. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the beginning of the document.
09Contacts
If you have any questions about the processing of personal data, write to us — the contacts are listed in the “Contacts” section of the Website.
